Automation
The virtual workforce will revolutionize the way we work
The virtual workforce comprises of ‘bots’, which mimic how humans use computers in rules-based tasks. It is primarily delivered through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms and is extended to additional use cases through Artificial Intelligent (AI) and Integration platforms.
Automation has the potential to reduce costs, increase accuracy, improve compliance and reduce processing time, thereby delivering a faster service.
Often people think that automation will replace job, but it is important to understand and communicate that RPA will not remove whole jobs, only activities. It will in fact increase employee satisfaction and retention, by eliminating mundane and repetitive tasks, freeing up their time and energy to focus on more creative and innovative work – and have a better work life balance.
We offer a range of services to support organizations in their automation journey.
Automation Journey Planning
Whether the organization is in the evaluation phase or has decided to embark on the automation journey, we can help in one or more of the following ways:
-
Assess automation opportunities
-
Select the right set of technologies
-
Define the operating model
-
Define the automation roadmap
-
Build the business case
Implementation Services
We provide implementation services from proof of value to pilot to large scale deployment. Our functional consultants work closely with the business or process owners to design the digitization and automation solution for each process area. We leverage leading RPA platforms, AI solutions for Computer Vision and NLP and Integration platforms to implement a holistic and sustainable automation solution.
Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE)
The role of Automation CoE is to scale automation within the organization by providing ongoing automation assessment and implementation. We assist organizations in setting up an in-house CoE capability and embed our resources within the CoE until it achieves the desired maturity.
Robotics Operations Centre (RoC)
As the automation scales, bot management becomes necessary – are bots delivering expected volumes? Are they able to process the expected volume of activities? Or are they creating more exceptions? This is when we need an operations centre to monitor and manage the bots. We provide this as-a-Service or assist organizations in setting up their own in-house RoC capability.
