Technology Analyst / Consultant
As a member of our consulting practice, you’ll work alongside some of the leading consultants in the industry which today forms the largest automation practice in Singapore. You’ll collaborate with your team members on challenging projects, increasing your understanding of complex business problems and how you can solve them through technology. You would develop new skills and experience in areas such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Analytics, Cognitive Automation (AI skills such as intelligent document processing, text classification, NLP, Sentiment Analysis, etc.), and Cloud to further your career.

Work you'll do

You would work on automation and analytics projects for leading organizations across different industry verticals such as Government, Defense, Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Transport & Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing and Technology.
You would work on one or more technology domains such as RPA, Analytics, Cognitive Automation, Process Mining, Low Code Apps and Cloud. You would develop and enhance your technical skills and get certified in leading technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform, Tableau, Azure/AWS Cloud and ML Services, Dataiku, Python, etc.
You would also gain experience in setting up Centre of Excellence, building internal capability and driving organizational change for leading organizations.
At your projects, you would work on the functional and technical automation design, building software robots, training ML models, building visualizations, etc. The typical responsibilities would include:

Interact with various Process Subject Matter Experts (SME) from the business to define requirements required for the solution design.

Design, develop, test and deploy solutions and create reusable components/codes that adhere to SimplifyNext's best practices.

Implement and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand in accordance with best practices and standards.

Conduct user accepting testing with the Process SMEs, ensuring that solution has fulfilled the requirements.

Support existing automations and implement change requirements.
Additional responsibilities as a Technology Consultant would include:

Lead your work stream while coaching and mentoring your team of Analysts.

Project reporting and managing project risks and issues.
-
Client stakeholder management with the guidance of your Manager.

Process Discovery and Assessments to identify new use cases for automation.

Conduct Automation and Analytics trainings with the guidance of Lead Trainers.
As you gain more experience, your responsibilities can be tailored to suit your aspirations. For e.g., if you prefer to have deep technology specializations then you can choose the Architect path and if you prefer functional or project management specializations, then you can choose those paths as well.

Qualifications for Consultants

Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3 years’ experience at a consulting or a technology organization.

We have two career paths at Manager and Associate Manager levels: Digital Architect and Project Management. You can choose the right career path that suits your experience, strengths, and aspirations. Manage standard project management activities around scope, timeline, quality, resource, and budget.

Learn the ropes of being a strong business operator – managing the project P&L, meeting financial targets, building customer relationships, and making your customers counterparts successful.

The Client/Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales including account penetration, prospect qualification, sales process planning, and closing all sales opportunities in the Enterprise Sector. This role will focus on building deep and trusted business relationships with new and existing clients to help them scale automation and analytics - in the process transforming the way they work and making a real difference to their business as well as their employees.
The role requires the individual to act as a trusted client advisor and bring together the relevant expertise and thought leadership from within SimplifyNext to deliver successful outcomes for our clients as well as SimplifyNext.
