Consulting Associate

As a member of our consulting practice, you’ll work alongside some of the leading consultants in the industry. You’ll collaborate with your team member on challenging projects, increasing your understanding of complex business problems and how you can solve them through technology. You would develop new skills and experience to help you further your career. 

Work you'll do

Today, business and technology innovation are inextricably linked and the demand for technology-enabled business transformation services is rapidly growing. You can expect to work on a wide range of clients and projects, in areas such as: 

  • Artificial Intelligence 

  • Automation 

  • Blockchain 

  • Cyber Security 

  • Digital Service Management 

  • Technology and Operations Transformation 

 

You’ll be part of a team delivering advisory or implementation services on any one of the above-mentioned areas. For example, on an automation advisory project, you would assess automation opportunities for a specific area of the client’s business, select the right set of automation technologies, define the automation operating model and the roadmap and build the business case for the client’s automation journey. During an implementation project, you may be delivering proof of value or pilot projects, or a large-scale deployment. You would typically work in small teams comprising of your colleagues and client personnel. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years’ experience at a consulting or a technology organization 

  • Excellent communications and inter-personal skills, and passion to deliver quality work 

  • Recent graduates or graduating students are welcome

Technology Associate

As a member of our technology practice, you’ll work alongside some of the leading technology evangelists and experts in the industry. You’ll collaborate with your team member on challenging projects, increasing your understanding of complex business problems and how you can solve them through technology. You would develop new skills and experience to help you further your career.

You’ll be part of a team implementing one of the above technology solutions for our clients. The work would involve researching and designing solutions to meet business requirements, building proof-of-concepts and pilot use cases and implementing full-scale solutions. At times you would be doing research projects on emerging technologies, building showcases, participating in technology conferences, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree or a polytechnic diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security or related areas

Sales Account Manager

As a member of our sales practice, you'll collaborate with your team members to maximize sales results and drive new leads through the sales pipeline. You will acquire new accounts, sell to existing accounts and build long-term relationships with our clients. You would develop new skills and experience to help you further your career.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) provides a basis for taking on a lot of mundane, repetitive tasks and freeing up time for the employees to focus on more meaningful work, which leads to better productivity, greater innovation and stronger business results. However, it is not enough to continue looking only at the automation of tasks. Businesses are looking to add intelligence to automation technology, where it can start to think like people think and analyze the way people analyze.

 

You’ll be part of a team focus on developing long-term positive relationships with our clients and be responsible for driving sales for the company. You would articulate and position a strong value proposition to our clients on the transformational value of our services to their businesses. You would develop an extensive pipeline for project opportunities by working closely with our technology partners. You would perform client prospecting and account mining by identifying the right contacts in the client organization, secure meetings, set appropriate agenda and close opportunities generated. You would monitor sales targets and report status of the assigned accounts to the Management on a timely basis. You would also suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities for the company.

Qualifications

  • Good Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years’ experience in a sales account management role within a technology consulting environment

  • Experience in selling to public sector agencies would be an added advantage

  • Excellent communications and inter-personal skills, and passion to deliver quality work

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
